Soloman and Silas, West Bottoms District

What a perfect August day to spend at Kansas City’s West Bottoms District!  My fellow photographer friend, Lauren Clark, and her two sons joined me for a morning of photography!  I have been wanting to shoot downtown at the Bottoms, so today was the perfect day to go!  Old historical Kansas City buildings, streets and alleys make for a perfect photography venue.  If you’re looking for a fun, urban location to have your picture taken, then the West Bottoms District is for you! Welcome

Welcome to my blog where I love to showcase my latest work.  As an artist and portrait historian, my goal is that each session depicts the warmth, love and light reflected in my subjects.  All sessions take place in natural light, whether it's the golden hour over the gulf or the soft glow of an early dawn, its my personal goal to find each client the best and most ideal conditions for their photographs.
